Buyers Mission to Saskatchewan Canada

Xtend2 worked with the Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership (STEP) to recruit European buyers and procurement managers for a buyers' mission to Saskatchewan, Canada for the STEP Trade Conference on the 25th - 26th September 2012.

Over 400 Canadian conference participants from a multitude of sectors, including speciality foods, organic foods, food ingredients (pulses, oilseeds, grain, cereals), mining, environment, timber, consumer products and giftware.

We distributed invitations to the event which included a generous offer package, to our extensive database of contacts in 17 European countries and followed up with phone calls and emails. The event was also posted on our website and on Facebook.

To ensure that STEP made contact with as many European companies as possible, those companies who were interested but unable to make the conference were invited to meet a STEP representative at SIAL in Paris between 21st and 24th October.

We were pleased to be working with STEP for the first time and are looking forward to working on further projects with the organisation.
