A manufacturer of textile silos based in Spain required an importer/distributor in the UK

Initially we developed a database targeting the right sectors, the right companies and the right people including all contact details, company information and feedback. From this data we put together a well targeted meeting agenda for the client to meet with five potential importers/distributors from UK companies.

An overview of the market in the UK and ROI in addition to background information on each company was provided before the meetings. Xtend2 worked closely with the client to arrange travel and accommodation and worked well at keeping these costs to a minimum including avoiding peak travel costs. A translation service was also provided for the client.

Meeting Agendas not only provide greater knowledge of the market place and a networking opportunity to forge long lasting key business relationships but also produce the right results.
